Steve O Connell is based in Waterford, Ireland. He is co-founder of Black Bird Films, a creative studio working across narrative film, documentary and design for the screen; and the creative director of Mal, a literary journal examining sexuality, gender, and race through essays, fiction, and poetry. He is formerly the creative director of Feeld and a designer with WorkGroup.
